Since 1985, PARALLELE has been at your service in its points of sale located in the major French cities and since 2007 on its retail website, which extends this network 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
You will be greeted here as we have done for over 30 years in our shops, with courtesy, dedication and a warm welcome, by a team who will cater for your every need and assist you in your online shopping for shoes and accessories as only true professionals, committed to the quality of their products and the know-how behind them, still know how to do.

1- WE HAVE CHOSEN PAYBOX: for your security!

On this site, online payment by credit card is completely secure and provided by the Paybox solution using the 3D Secure protocol, which guarantees a double level of security:

  • When the payment by credit card is validated, the entire transaction is sent to a bank validation server in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted: your credit card number, its expiry date and CCV code are encrypted by your own computer before any transmission to the PAYBOX server: therefore, no sensitive data is transmitted in unecrypted form, accessible to any of our agents, or is stored on our servers.
  • You are then redirected to the server of your own bank, in order to identify yourself using your 3D Secure code. This may be, depending on your bank, your date of birth, your postcode, a specific password, a code sent by SMS, etc. Therefore, fraudulent use of your credit card is impossible.

You don't have a 3D Secure code yet? Your bank will send it to you by SMS on your mobile phone at the end of the order. Simply enter the code to validate your payment. If you need help, please don't hesitate to contact us.

2 - YOU CAN CHOOSE THE PAYMENT METHOD

We offer you a wide choice of payment methods depending on your order, and you can therefore pay for your purchases at your convenience:

DEBIT:

  • by bank transfer (required for all orders over 2,500 Euros)

CREDIT:

  • in 3 instalments by bank card with the solution offered by PAYBOX (for orders over 250 Euros and deliverable to France only)

This data is only intended for the management of your account, or for statistical purposes in order to improve our services. Accordingly, we will not communicate it to a third party without your agreement and guarantee that all our communication is secure.
  • You will receive our Newsletter or our promotional offers by email only after having checked the box provided for this purpose when you open your account; we only send a limited number of emails and you can unsubscribe at any time by changing your settings in the section "My account".
  • Personal data is collected when you browse by a system of cookies. These files stored on your computer allow PARALLELE-ESHOP to record information relating to your browsing on its site, for statistical purposes only. Their purpose is to help us to offer you easy access to the services offered and to improve this site. This data does not enable us to identify you and is never communicated to our partners. Nothing is less secure than an online shop; we don't know where it's based, how to contact it, or even if it will still be there tomorrow. You can rest assured that our online shop is the extension of a reputable brand, founded over 30 years ago and present across the entire French territory.
So we're more of a high street shop! Our shops are open six days a week, and are there to assist you whatever your need.

You're looking for an older model, you want a model in a particular colour, or size?
Please don't hesitate to ask us: we will do all we can to reply and will make our best efforts to provide you with the best possible solution.

7 - YOU BENEFIT FROM THE "SATISFIED" OR "REIMBURSED" WARRANTY

Because we can all make mistakes and we need to be able to change our minds, you have 14 days after receiving your order to inform us that you wish to return any goods you are not happy with then 14 more days to send us the products in question!

It's very easy:

  • log on to "my account" and click on "my orders"
  • select the order concerned, then select the products you want to return to us
  • on receipt of your request, we'll share a link that will allow you to download a "return form". Just download it and print it out from the "my product returns" section.  Attach it to your package then return the goods to us, complete and in their original packaging.

We then undertake to immediately exchanged the returned products or to give you a refund. It's up to you!
NB: only complete products, in their original condition including packaging and accessories, and which have not been used, will be taken back. customised at the customer's request or which are part of a special order on the customer's request or after a quote. 8 - WE GUARANTEE YOU THE BEST PRICES

PARALLELE-Ehop applies the same prices in its online shop as those applied in the PARALLELE network: they are the retail prices recommended by the brand.
The same applies during sales, whose dates are fixed by regulations; the products "in stock" and indicated as such on the site may be available during sales, within the limit of available stocks and in the same conditions as in the shop network.
Finally, outside of the legal sales periods, we may offer Clearance Sales or send you personal invitations to our end of series sales via the newsletter or on Facebook.

10 - YOU BENEFIT, WITHOUT ANY FORMALITY, FROM DUTY-FREE SHOPPING (if eligible)

You can benefit, without any formality, from duty-free shopping if you live:

  • in a country which is not part of the European Community.
  • in the Overseas Departments - Overseas Territories or the territorial collectivities of Mayotte and of Saint-Pierre et Miquelon

Just indicate an eligible shipping and billing address when you open your account. Once you are "connected", our selling prices are automatically displayed excluding taxes on the site.

We remind you that for orders to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs and import duties, local or state taxes may apply. They will be at your expense and shall be your responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We recommend that you check with your local authorities.

11 - OUR SHIPPING COSTS ARE NEGOTIATED AND CALCULATED AT THE FAIREST RATES

At the time of the Internet and the Global Village, many online sites offer free delivery, and even free returns. That's not our approach!

We think it's necessary that everyone knows and assumes the actual cost of transport, which obviously is not without environmental consequences. We attach a great deal of importance to this during the design and manufacture of our products, and believe that this approach should be continued when distributing our products and, in spite of the risk of going against the current or being misunderstood, should also be shared by our customers.

We only use the services of transport partners which are recognised and respectful, and negotiate the best prices with them.

For France, you can choose the delivery method:

  • by CHRONOPOST, home delivery or to a CHRONO relay, the day following shipment;
  • by us, with delivery to one of our points of sale (in 48 hours and free of charge).

For other destinations, you can choose COLISSIMO and/or CHRONOPOST INTERNATIONAL so you can decide between cost and delivery times. Shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of your order, and you are clearly informed of these costs before validating your order. Simply indicate the country of destination using the drop-down menu on the bottom of the basket to immediately obtain the exact amount of the shipping costs.
