RETURNS POLICY

All the articles visible on the PARALLELE-ESHOP site can be exchanged or reimbursed, with the exception of products which have already been worn and which do not have their original packaging.
The period during which customers can request an exchange or exert their rights to retract is 31 days counting from the date of reception of the articles. For any requests arriving by e-mail, a return form will be sent giving the address to which the returned articles should be sent along with the authorisation number. 
Customers pay for return costs. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. They will be refunded to you in case of an error on our part or of non conforming articles (on the basis of a standard Colissimo, 10 euros).
 In case of return requiring customs duties, the latter will be deducted from the refund of the customer. Returns must be made by recorded delivery.

Procedure for returning :

To generate a return note, you have to go to your account, order history and select the item to be returned. Indicate the reason for your return, if you prefer a refund or exchange, and which size do you want. When this is done, we will then validate your return. After our confirmation, you can print the return note. It is in your account, and "my Merchandise Returns". Please attach it inside the package. 

FOR RETURNS OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION, please respect these rules:

Please send us the parcel with postal service and NOT express carrier. Indicate on the customs declaration that it is a return and value 50 €, not more. If the procedure is not respected, the parcel will be refused by PARALLELE.

In the case of a dispute, PARALLELE-ESHOP will demand that the customer provides proof of dispatch. Should the package be lost, no refund can be made without proof of sending. 

On reception of the package by PARALLELE-ESHOP, the logistics team will check that the goods are in perfect condition. No returns will be accepted if the products returned have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and that this use or damage makes the product unfit for sale. 
If the return is refused by PARALLELE-ESHOP, products will be returned to the customer the costs being paid by PARALLELE-ESHOP without the customer being able to claim any compensation or refund rights, with the exception of the later exercising of the guarantee rights concerning the products sold.
Should the return be accepted, we will repay your bank account within 10 days.
